As a mom of three, I've experienced firsthand the joys and challenges that come with motherhood. And after the arrival of my third child, my world took an unexpected turn. I found myself in the grip of postpartum depression, battling overwhelming feelings of sadness, anxiety, and a deep sense of inadequacy.

 The weight of it all led me down a dark path. I struggled with severe mom brain, forgetting important newborn appointments and commitments I had made. I became a master of procrastination, lacking motivation to take care of myself or accomplish even the simplest tasks. I felt like I was drowning in a sea of forgetfulness, constantly running late, and being apathetic about life in general.
There was one moment that stands out as a turning point for me. I vividly remember sitting with my oldest daughter, tears streaming down my face, as I asked her if she would rather have a babysitter than me. The mere thought of not being enough for my own child broke my heart into a million pieces. It was in that moment of vulnerability that I realized I needed to make a change. I couldn't let this darkness define me or my journey as a mother.

 With every ounce of strength I had left, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. I immersed myself in research, sought support from professionals, and embraced the power of self-care and personal growth. Slowly but surely, I began to heal and find my way back to the light.

 Through this process, I learned that I was not alone. Many moms face similar struggles—mom brain, overwhelming responsibilities, and the constant battle to balance it all while still nurturing their own dreams and desires. It became clear to me that I had a purpose—to share my story, the strategies I discovered, and the wisdom I gained to help other moms navigate their own journeys.
