As I approach the milestone of 40, incorporating regular visits to the chiropractor and nightly foam rolling into my self-care routine has been a game-changer. These methods have proven to be just as effective in promoting wellness and deserve a place in everyone's self-care repertoire.

Personally, I wake up with persistent back pain, perhaps a sign that it's time for a new mattress, but incorporating foam rolling into my routine has relieved tension caused by stress and the constant strain of carrying and holding my kids.

It all began when I started experiencing tightness in my back and neck, which eventually led to occasional bouts of vertigo. Desperate for relief, I sought help from a physical therapist who performed chiropractic adjustments, and the results were nothing short of glorious. 

Now, I make it a point to visit the chiropractor monthly, seeking adjustments that eliminate those stubborn kinks and promote optimal spinal alignment.

The benefits extend beyond relieving pain; chiropractic care can improve posture, enhance overall nervous system function, boost immune response, and increase energy levels.
